2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the unique nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will evaluate refund requests in the following circumstances:

Service Not Provided: If we are unable to visit the specified property location or fulfill the service as agreed upon, you may be eligible for a refund.

Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the media content or our service, please contact our customer support team. We will review your concerns and consider a refund if we are unable to address the issues to your satisfaction.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the media content or encountering the issue that prompted your request. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of approval, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. We will require the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • Details about the property visit, including the property address.
  • The reason for your refund request, with any relevant supporting documentation or information.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following situations are generally non-refundable:

User-Requested Cancellation: If you cancel the property visit if visit is scheduled date is confirmed, the service fee may not be refundable. We recommend canceling well in advance to avoid potential fees.

Completed Service: Once the property visit has been completed, and media content has been delivered to you, refunds may not be available, we will evaluate the refund requests. If you encounter issues with the content, please contact our support team for resolution.
