Terms and Conditions for Visit Partners

1. Partner Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, possess valid government-issued ID, and submit a recent selfie for verification. False information may result in immediate suspension.

2. App Permissions and Conduct

You agree to grant the app location and camera permissions for routing and evidence collection. You must behave respectfully during visits and not misuse captured media.

3. Payouts

You will be paid based on the number and quality of completed visits. All payments are made via UPI. We may withhold payment for incomplete or fraudulent visits.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misconduct, repeated no-shows, misuse of data, or breach of these terms.

5. Liability

MonitorMyProperty is not liable for any physical harm, injury, or legal issues arising during or after a property visit. You participate at your own risk.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
